Our Heanor

The Society was formed as the Langley Mill Pottery Collectors’ Society by a group of local enthusiastic collectors in March 1992 in Heanor, Derbyshire - less than two miles from the original pottery site. Since then the membership has steadily increased with members in all parts of the United Kingdom and as far away as New Zealand, Australia, Canada and the United States of America. In 2010 the scope of the Society was extended to include collectors of the wares of Denby Pottery.
