Shipley Country parkrun is a free, weekly, timed 5k where you can choose whether to run, jog, walk or volunteer.

All you need to do is register at parkrun.org.uk/register and get a parkrun ID then just come down on a Saturday morning and join the parkrun fun.

We meet near the large children's play area behind the Visitor's Centre at Shipley Country Park. We do a new timers and tourist briefing at 8.50am, a pre-event brief at 8.55 and then start at 9am.

There is no cut off time - so come along and enjoy yourself.
