Our Double or Quit race is back with a new date, a new time and a new course but still the same challenge.

This race is limited to 250 runners.

This is an Annual Charity Race in and around Shipley Country Park.

To date the event has raised £17,500 for charitable causes.

The route is a 5.2 miles lap of the scenic Shipley Park (10,4 miles if you Double rather than Quit!) predominantly using bridleways, a variety of hard surface and grass, all good running trails. The race starts and finishes near the Shipley Park Visitors Centre where there is ample pay and display parking.
